Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Catch the W platform operated by CTW Digital LLC (“CTW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at catchthew.com and associated domains (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current information. You may not impersonate another person or use a false identity.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@catchthew.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

3.1 What We Provide

Catch the W is a fan utility platform for women’s professional sports, including player and team directories, game schedules and broadcast guides, interactive fan engagement tools, athlete identity directories (using publicly self-disclosed information only), and affiliate links to third-party vendors.

Affiliate Disclosure: Catch the W participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn a commission when you click on or make purchases through our affiliate links at no additional cost to you.

3.2 What We Do Not Provide

  • Financial advice. Affiliate links are for convenience only.
  • Medical or legal advice.
  • Guaranteed uptime. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Official league data. Our data is not endorsed by or affiliated with WNBA, NWSL, PWHL, or any league.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Certain features of the Service are available at no cost. The scope of free features may change over time.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription tiers with additional features. Current plans, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page. Pricing and feature availability are subject to change as described in Section 4.4.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days’ advance notice. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (predictions, activity logs, custom lists, etc.). By submitting User Content, you grant CTW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or is harmful.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users’ accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the Service’s operation or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing through the Service.
  • Impersonate CTW, our staff, or another user.
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any person.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
  • Circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or rate limits.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, branding, logos, text, graphics, code, and features — is owned by CTW Digital LLC and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. “Catch the W” and associated logos are trademarks of CTW Digital LLC. League names (WNBA, NWSL, PWHL) and team names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services integrated with our platform. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Zodiac and Cosmic Features: Zodiac-based features (including the Cosmic Bracket Builder, Zodiac Chemistry, Aura Twin Quiz, and related tools) are provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute predictions, advice, or endorsements of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTW Digital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTW Digital LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

12. Termination

  • By you: You may delete your account at any time in your account settings.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful activity.
  • Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Active subscriptions will not be renewed; no refund is issued for the current billing period.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CTW Digital LLC regarding your use of the Service.
